humanual

The unwritten manual for dealing with people.

Exact words for calls, errands, coworkers, and messages. Practice conversations before they happen. Advice that fits how you communicate. You decide what to use.

Your coach is an AI, not a person, a therapist, or a crisis service. It remembers what you tell it so you don't have to repeat yourself, and you can see or delete what it remembers in Settings. Your conversations and profile are saved only in this browser.

How should they talk to you?

You can add more about yourself (work, people you deal with) in Settings any time. It helps the coach give specific advice.

By starting you agree to the terms, privacy, and refund policy.

Profile & settings

Your coach reads this before every conversation. Only add what you're comfortable with. It's saved with your conversations and sent to the coach with each message.
